DFR-P50 Black 500
This product is most suitable to be applied on Automobile and Motorcycle s exhaust pipe, boiler and its pipeline; and any other needs for high temperature coating for up to 500 °C.

3. Standard Procedure of Coating Application
Wipe on solvent à Brush wash with solvent à Let for 5 to 10 minutesà Apply DFR-P50 Black High Temperature resistance coating (Spray or Brush) à Let for 5 to 10 minutesà Bake for 30 minutes at 180 °C
Application Requirement
1. Coating Diluent:Please use special blend diluent for DFRR-P50 Black
2. Coating Viscosity:10 ~ 15 second (using NK-2 cup)
3. Coating Pressure: 4~5 kg/cm3
4. Coating thickness: 20~30 µm
5. Baking condition: 30 minutes at 180 °C
6. Coating diluting capacity: 30 to 50 %
4. Precaution before Application
1. Please wipe clean the objects before application
2. Please make sure that the coating is well stirred.
3. Please make sure the compressor is well maintained.
4. After wipe with solvent, please make sure that the to be coated object is being coated within short period of time to prevent oxidation and forming rust.
5. Please keep the lid on after use to prevent air moisture from entering the container.
6. Please let the plate sit for 1 hour after application so that the surface of coating is level before any experiment.
7. Please let the objects sit for 8 hour before the 500°C high temperature resistance test.
5. Coating Storage
1. Please store in an ventilated area out of direct sunlight, keep at room temperature for up to 6 months.
2. Please keep a rule of first in first out when using the coating.
6. Other Precaution
Similar as other coating, when using this coating, please wear goggles, respirator, and latex glove, if your skin and eye got into contact with the coating accidentally, please flush with lots of water, attend the victim to medical service as soon as possible when necessary.
